If a unit that was working suddenly stops, it may need an internal electronics reset. This returns the system to factory settings.
- Disconnect the transmitter/base station from both the audio source and the power outlet.
- Remove the batteries from the headset (HDR headband models with AAA rechargeable batteries).
- Leave everything disconnected with the batteries out for 15 minutes.
- Reconnect the transmitter/base station to power.
- Put the batteries back in the headset.
- Test the system to see if it works again.
