Lossless audio is an optional feature of aptX Adaptive and is not supported by every phone. For lossless to work, both your phone and your headphones or earbuds must support it.
- You may need to activate lossless in the headphone app or player settings.
- MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 earbuds support lossless.
- MOMENTUM 4 headphones do not support lossless.
- To check if your phone supports lossless, visit the aptX website for the list of compatible devices.
