If your AMBEO Soundbar becomes quieter during use, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Device settings
- Check the volume settings on both the soundbar and the connected device.
- Ensure no audio settings are limiting the volume.
- Restart the soundbar and the connected device to reset any temporary issues.
Night Mode
If Night Mode is enabled, the soundbar adjusts the frequency response and lowers the overall volume level. Check your settings and disable Night Mode if needed.
Thermal limiter
The AMBEO Soundbar has a built-in thermal limiter for safety. If the soundbar is played at very high volumes for extended periods, it may become hot and automatically reduce the volume until the temperature returns to a safe level. This is more likely in hot rooms with limited air circulation.
If the temperature continues to rise, the soundbar will shut off automatically and the display will show "OVERHEAT." Allow the soundbar to cool down before using it again.
