Charging cable
You can charge your headphones with the supplied USB cable or a good quality USB 3.1 cable.
- Current models: USB-C
- Older models: Micro USB
Check your product manual to confirm which cable your model uses.
Where to charge
Use a computer USB port or a wall adapter that outputs 5V at 500mA (2.5W). Do not use a charger exceeding 2.0A.
Charging speed and safety
- Our headphones do not support fast charging.
- Do not use chargers that push high current ("charge pumps").
- Use good quality cables and power sources. Do not use data-only cables.
Quick tips
- If the headphones do not show a charging light, try a different USB port or cable.
- Avoid charging in very hot or very humid environments.
True Wireless Earbuds
- Place the earbuds inside the supplied charging case. The case stores several full charges.
- Charge the case using the included charging cable.
- Charge the case when the LED indicator shows low power or after several uses.
- When not in use, fully charge the case at least once a month to preserve battery health.
