Where to charge
- Use a computer USB port or a wall adapter that outputs 5V and matches the specifications in the manual.
- Do not use a charger that exceeds 2.0 A.
- No fast charging is supported.
- Do not use chargers that push high current (charge pumps).
- Use good quality cables and power sources.
- Do not use data-only cables.

Clean charging contacts
- Visually inspect the charge ports and cable ends for lint, debris, or bent contacts.
- Use compressed air to remove debris from the port or the cable tip.
Charging process (step-by-step)
- First use: Let the headphones charge for 15 minutes via USB.
- If the charging contacts are clean:
- Check if the charge LED lights up.
- If it does, let the unit finish charging as described in the manual.
- If it does not light:
- Verify the charger is 5V and not a quick-charge/charge-pump/over 2A.
- Test the outlet and cable with another device to confirm they work.
- Connect the headphones to a computer USB port and make sure the computer is on.
- If the LED lights, let the unit finish charging.
- If the LED still does not light, test another device to confirm the USB port is working.
- If the battery is completely discharged, it may need a small initial charge to power the LEDs.
- Leave the headphones connected for 15 minutes, then unplug and reconnect the USB cable.
- If the LED does not come on after these steps, repeat the steps to recover the battery.
- If it still does not work, the unit may need service.
