Faulty or defective products
If your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at contactcenter@sennheiser-hearing.com. Our team will follow up and advise on the available refund methods. Return shipping costs are covered by us in cases of defective or non-conforming products.
Please note that the following are not covered under warranty:
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use of unsuitable accessories by the customer or a third party.
