Make sure that the headphones are charged.
If the charge LED does not come on when connected to charge cable-
- The battery may be deeply discharged
- In this state, it takes a few minutes of charging to provide enough power for the LEDs to light up.
- Connect the headphones to a charging port for at least 10 minutes.
- Next, remove the USB-C plug from the headphone and reconnect it again.
- The LEDs should then indicate the charging status.
- Let the headphones fully charge
Once charged, the headphones should respond to the multifunction button.
If they do not, press and hold the multifunction button for 30 seconds.
