The BTD 700 works with USB hubs that provide both data and power to the connected USB port. USB ports that provide power only do not offer an audio interface for the dongle.
Some issues with certain hubs and docking stations have been observed, causing occasional noise or sound deterioration. In this case, we recommend plugging the dongle directly into the computer.
