If the middle charge LED of your headband headphones is lit up red or permanently on, please do the following-
- Turn off Bluetooth on your paired Smart Devices
- Press and hold the headphone power button for 20 seconds.
- This should do a hard-reset and force the headphones to power-cycle
- The middle LED should then either turn off or blink once and light up again
- When the headphones turn back on, they will be in pairing mode
- You may need to use the power button to turn them back on
- Re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
- Delete the existing pairing in your smart device Bluetooth menu
- Do this for all devices previously paired to your headphones
- An existing pairing entry on the smart device will prevent a new pairing
- Confirm the headphones are in pairing mode
- Reconnect through the smart device Bluetooth menu
- You will need to put the headphones into pairing mode manually for any additional pairings.
- Instructions can be found in the product manual or our Help Center
- Once paired to a Smart Device, reconnect to connect Smart Control App/Smart Control Plus App
- Uninstall any previous versions from your smart device
- Install the current version of the Smart Control Plus app
- Check for and install any headphones updates available in the Smart Control Plus App.
