How can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is backordered). Please note that your request may not be approved if your order has already been shipped. If your order cannot be canceled, you will receive an email notification when the order is shipped.

How do I request a refund?
If you have requested a return, your money will be refunded after the goods have been inspected at our warehouse. For any other questions regarding refunds, please contact us through the contact center.
When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we have received your return.
