Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the headphones.
What happens when powered on
- The headphones' LED lights up.
- The transmitter activates and its front LED lights solid green.
Pulsing green LED on the transmitter
A pulsing green LED means the transmitter is not receiving a PCM digital audio signal from your source. Change the audio format to PCM in your TV, smart hub, or playback app settings. After changing to PCM, verify the source audio settings if you still do not hear sound.
If PCM is not available from your source, you may need a Digital-to-Analog converter to convert the signal for the headphones.
Additional notes
- If the headphones LED does not come on, hold the power button for 5 seconds.
- The rechargeable NiMH AAA batteries in the headphones may need to be replaced.
- If you have trouble locating PCM settings, consult the device's user manual or support resources.
