What do I need to do to get the best experience once I unpack my new MOMENTUM 5 Wireless?

Do the headphones switch off automatically when not in use?

Yes, the MOMENTUM 5 Wireless automatically powers off after 15 minutes of not using it.

However, due to the feedback we got from users of the MOMENTUM 4 Wireless, the headphones do not turn on automatically again.

You need to turn them on manually by giving the button a single short press to listen to music again.

How can I clean and maintain my headphones?

Keep all liquids away from the product. Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents.

We recommend cleaning the headband silicone and ear pads frequently, especially after intense use or before/after storing them for a long period of time.

Wipe off any residual grease from skin contact to help extend the material lifespan. Only use a soft, dry cloth to clean the product.

To clean the charging socket: Blow vigorously over the charging socket. If necessary, carefully remove any dirt clogging the charging socket using a dry, soft brush or a dry interdental brush.

Only apply gentle pressure.

How do I switch between ANC and Transparency Mode?

Double-tap on the flat side of the earcup with one finger to switch between ANC or Transparency Mode.

Alternatively, you can also toggle the ANC and Transparency Mode in the app and fine-tune it to your liking.

How do I optimise sound for different genres or environments?

Use the sound customisation feature to make the MOMENTUM 5 Wireless sound exactly how you want them to. You can also use the EQ presets in the app, or create your own from scratch

How do I check the battery level?

You can check the battery level at any time by pressing the button twice.

The remaining battery level is then displayed on the LEDs, and a voice prompt will tell you how much battery you have left.

To improve ease of use, the battery level is displayed any time you remove the headphones from your head.

How does fast charging work, and how much playtime does it provide?

Fast charging provides approximately 10 hours of playtime with just 10 minutes of charging.

How do I check the current firmware version and update it?

You can check and update the firmware on your MOMENTUM 5 Wireless in the Smart Control Plus app.
