"Check that the headphones are connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
Make sure that “Amazon Alexa” is activated for the voice assistance button in the headphone set-tings of the Sennheiser Smart Control app.
Make sure that the headphones are not already added as a device in the Alexa app. Update the de-vice list in the Alexa app (wipe down once).
The headphones appear in the device list of the Alexa app."
