Returns and Cancellation

Opening a return request is easy – navigate to our online return portal to begin the process.

Return window

You can return new items within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns outside of the 30-day window will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your own postage cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method in CAD within 2–7 business days after the product arrives and is inspected at our authorized return center. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Product condition requirements

Returned items must be:

• In their original condition, reasonably clean and undamaged.
• In the original packaging with all accessories and product manuals included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are excessively dirty, damaged, missing parts, or show signs of misuse or abuse. If an item is ineligible, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, the item may be discarded.

In-ear and True Wireless products

Please clean in-ear products thoroughly before returning them. Excessive biomaterial (e.g., ear wax) on a return may result in a discretionary CAD $20 restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Audiophile and Soundbar items

Items such as the AMBEO Soundbar range, HD 600/650/660 S2, HD 800 S, HD 820, IE 600, IE 900, and HDV 820 are subject to additional inspection and authenticity verification upon arrival. Please ensure return packaging for these items is secure and robust.

Ineligible items

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, headphone ear pads, Soundprotex products, and ear tips (for hygienic reasons).

Return shipping

Most returns are eligible for a prepaid return label. Please note:

• The return must be shipped from the original shipment postal code within 7 business days of label issuance – otherwise the label and RMA will be voided.
• The return must be physically received at our authorized return center within 21 business days of label issuance.

Bulk orders

Returns of two or more of the same item SKU are not eligible through our consumer returns portal. Please contact us directly to arrange a bulk return.
