How can I reset the headphones Momentum 4 Wireless to the factory default settings?

If your headphones are not functioning correctly and a manual hardware reset does not help, you can reset them to factory default settings. Note: This will delete all pairing settings.

Manual factory reset

1. Turn off the headphones.
2. Press and hold the multi-function button for 20 seconds.
3. You will hear a tone prompt and the red and white LEDs will flash briefly.
4. Release the button – the headphones will reset to factory settings.

Reset via app

You can also reset the headphones to factory settings from the Smart Control app or Smart Control Plus app.
