The Set 880 offers hearing profiles and a speech intelligibility function to personalize your listening experience.
Hearing profiles
- Profile 1: Low-frequency tones slightly boosted for a warm, full sound. High-frequency tones are less piercing.
- Profile 2: Audio reproduced unchanged. Compression applied to compensate for volume differences.
- Profile 3: Both low- and high-frequency tones slightly boosted for a warm and brilliant sound.
- Profile 4: High-frequency tones strongly boosted for crystal-clear sound, enhancing sibilants and high-frequency details (e.g., birds chirping).
- Profile 5: Low-frequency tones attenuated to prevent them from masking high-frequency tones.
Default: If no profile is selected, audio is reproduced unchanged.
Speech intelligibility function
When speech is mixed with background noise, activate the speech intelligibility function. It automatically detects and reduces background noise to make speech clearer.
- Press the Speech Intelligibility button to activate or deactivate.
- Can be used with any hearing profile (1–5).
- Switching to a different hearing profile will automatically deactivate the speech intelligibility function.
