Return shipping
When a return is required under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping is free if you use the prepaid return label available in our returns portal. If you choose not to use the provided label, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, we will process your refund using the same payment method used at checkout. Refunds are generally fully processed within 7–10 business days from receipt.
