If your headset microphone is not working properly, follow these steps:
1. Check input device settings
Make sure your headset is selected as the input device. On a PC, go to Control Panel > Audio Devices or Settings and select your headset for playback and communication.
2. Adjust microphone sensitivity
Check the microphone input sensitivity settings on your device (not on the headset).
- If sensitivity is too low, the microphone may not be detected.
- If sensitivity is too high, the audio may be distorted.
3. Check for other microphones
Other devices (like webcams) may have built-in microphones that can take over as the default input. To test this, mute your headset microphone. If you still hear audio, another microphone is being used and you may need to disable the built-in microphone on that device.
