- Check that the calibration microphone is plugged in and not damaged.
- Reduce background noise during calibration.
- Place the microphone on a soft surface, not a hard one.
- Make sure the microphone is fully inserted into the soundbar.
- If a subwoofer is connected, remove the cable and try calibrating again.
- Adjust the microphone position slightly and re-run the calibration.
