Pairing your headphones
- Put your headphones in pairing mode (follow the manual).
- On the computer: Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Add Device > Bluetooth.
- Select your headphones from the list.
If the headphones were already paired, remove the old entry first: Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Devices, select the headphones and choose Remove Device. Then re-pair using the steps above.
If the headphones do not appear, turn Bluetooth off and back on, or restart the computer, and try again.
Headphones not visible on Windows 11
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Bluetooth Devices Discovery and change the setting from Basic to Advanced.
Setting headphones as the default audio device
Option 1
Right-click the speaker icon > Open Sound Settings > More Sound Settings.
Option 2 (Sound Control Panel)
Windows Search > Control Panel > Sound.
- Playback tab: Select your headphones as the default playback device. If you see both a Headphone and a Headset entry, set Headphones as the default playback device.
- Recording tab: Set the Headset as the default communications device. Disable any other microphones (webcams, monitor mics) if not in use.
Troubleshooting dropouts
- Interference: Move away from other Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi routers, and metal objects. A phone in a pocket or body blocking the signal can cause dropouts.
- Notifications: Computer notifications can interrupt audio. Try turning off or limiting notifications if dropouts are frequent.
- Test with another device: Try the headphones with a phone or tablet to determine if the issue is with the computer or the headphones.
When to contact support
If dropouts continue, please have the following ready when contacting support:
- Headphone model and computer model
- Firmware and software versions on both devices
- Any recent changes (new apps, new devices, new location)
