- Make sure both the AMBEO Soundbar and the Smart Control App are updated to the latest version.
- If connected via ARC/eARC, confirm you are using an HDMI 2.1 cable for eARC connections.
- Check the audio output settings on your TV or connected device and ensure they are configured correctly.
- If the issue is limited to a specific app or device, it is usually an app or device setting.
- If the issue persists across all content, connect a device directly to the soundbar to determine if the problem lies with the ARC/eARC connection.
